I got the Vegan Yum Yum cookbook recently & immediately bookmarked the apple streudel recipe. Last week I was feeling like making dessert so decided to give it a go because I had all the ingredients on hand. This is really, really quick & easy & tastes delicious! I think it would be better with ice cream, but sadly I had none.
I so want that recipe book. The strudel looks awesome.
